Privacy & support for family baby tracking.
Tiny Care helps parents and trusted caregivers log feeds, nappies, naps, bottles, reminders, handoffs, and family messages.
Short version
Guest mode stores care data only on your phone. Account mode stores your email, family id, profiles, logs, notes, and messages in the Tiny Care Cloudflare backup so your family can sync. Tiny Care does not sell data, show ads, or use third-party advertising tracking.
What Tiny Care stores
Last updated: 2026-05-05
If you use guest mode, baby profiles and logs are stored only on your device. If you create an account, Tiny Care stores your email address, family backup id, baby profiles, care logs and notes, family coordination messages, caregiver display names, and cloud backup snapshots.
Passwords are stored as salted password hashes. Tiny Care does not store your password in plain text.
How data is used
- Show your baby care timeline and summaries.
- Sync family backup data between your devices.
- Restore family care data after sign in.
- Provide reminder notifications you ask for.
- Help caregivers coordinate care.
Tiny Care does not sell your data, show ads, or use your data for third-party advertising tracking.
Cloud storage
Account backups are stored using a Cloudflare Worker and Cloudflare R2 bucket controlled by Tiny Care. Guest mode data remains local to your device unless you create an account and back it up.
Notifications
Tiny Care asks for notification permission only when reminders or timer safeguards are useful. Notifications may include reminder text about feeds, naps, and care timers.
Founders pricing
Tiny Care Free includes core baby tracking for one child on one phone. Tiny Care Plus starts at £1.99/month, with £14.99/year and a £24.99 lifetime founder pass also planned for launch. Plus is intended for family sync, multiple children, full cloud backup, unlimited history, pattern insights, family messages, handoff notes, exports, and richer lock-screen reminder tools.
Current early builds may keep launch features available while Apple In-App Purchase products are prepared.
Getting help
Tiny Care is an early baby care tracker for families. If something goes wrong, check whether you are in guest mode or signed in. Guest mode keeps logs on the current phone. Account mode syncs logs through the family cloud backup.
In the app, open More to back up, restore, export a care summary, view privacy information, or manage account deletion.
Delete your account and backup
If you created an account, open Tiny Care and go to More → Account → Delete cloud account. This removes the stored account record and cloud family snapshot. Local logs on the device can be deleted separately from More → Privacy & export.
Not medical advice
Tiny Care is for everyday organisation and family communication. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. For health concerns, contact a qualified medical professional.
